Founded in 2019, ACI is a group expert in industrial field. The group has been developed as a specialist in defense, energy, nuclear, medical, mobility and aeronautic sectors.

Created by two associates, Philippe Rivière and Patrice Rives, ACI is mainly located in the Rhône-Alpes region and counts no less than 17 strong industrial sites such as RABOURDIN or COMEFOR. They respond to markets needs by guaranteeing parts and sub-assemblies “French Quality”, thanks to their growth strategy, based on niche technology expertise.

Épopée Gestion is an investment society co-founded in 2020 by Ronan Le Moral and Charles Cabillic (founder of AC3, West Web Valley, AlloVoisin, OpenFly, Green Aerolease…). These two founders  aim to develop economy of territories by supporting regional compagnies in the long-term mainly based in the West of France around four complementary verticals : the innovation and digital (West Web Valley I, Epopée West Web Valley II), small and SMEs / midcaps transitions (Epopée Transitions I), sustainable real estate (Epopée Immo Rendement I), infrastructure and climate. The zone of geographic action of Epopée Gestion should gradually expand in the coming years.

Thanks to its positioning and experience, ACI Groupe has many opportunities to invest in external growth projects or in the evolution of its activities (strengthening of machines park). The group will use the obligation dunning to carry out these projects.

Obligation dunning are schemes initiated in the context of Recovery Plan. They aim to strengthen the balance sheet of French companies and support the development of small and medium size compagnies and mid-caps while benefiting from the State guarantee. Obligation dunning are purchased and distributed by management companies on behalf of the obligation dunning fund.

The I-Deal Development team exclusively advised the ACI Groupe teams in the negotiation and active search for its raising of obligation dunning to finance its development.
