Since 2009, Vissal has been supported by Sigma Gestion as a minority investor. The investment fund offers capital investment solutions for small and medium-sized companies in many sectors such as industry, engineering and renewable energies. Created in 2004, the fund has invested nearly €250 million in over 200 growing French SMEs. Created by Mr. Philippe Rivière and Mr. Patrice Rives in 2019, the Rhône-Alpin consortium brings together expertise in the industrial field. With this transaction, ACI Groupe has reached a new level of growth with a turnover of more than 60 million euros and 500 employees, and is accelerating its development on the French territory.
